How we calculate this

Posts = fence length ÷ post spacing, rounded up. An open run adds one post to close the last span; an enclosure doesn't, because it ends where it started. Each corner can add one post (sides rarely divide evenly by the spacing), and each gate adds one for the second side of the opening. For an enclosure, enter the full perimeter as the length. Mesh rolls = fence length ÷ roll length, rounded up. Rail boards use two rails running the full length of the fence, split into your rail stock length and rounded up — you can always trim a board, never stretch one.
